Dear all STSers, we think it was great fun that so many wanted to participate in the step challenge! Good work! Now this weekend (03/26 - 03/28) it's time for the next challenge. This time we challenge you to do as many push-ups as you can in a row. Whether you want to do the push-ups on your knees or toes is entirely up to you. We thought that we run on the honors system and that you can send us your results. Then feel free to send videos when you do it if you want. This time too we will have three different goals.
Goal 1: 150 push-ups
Well done you have reached the first goal.
Goal 2: 250 push-ups
SporTiS does as many push-ups as you do in a week.
Goal 3: 500 push-ups
KV and sport ice become cream cakes
Also this week, the 5 best participants will win SporTiS badges and the top 10 list will be updated.
